- You should clarify in advance whether the merchant agrees with the refund.
- If this is the case, you will need a valid invoice from the supplier showing VAT.
- It is necessary to fill in the export certificate.
- The form is available in our store.
- The completed export certificate must be stamped with a customs stamp.
- The goods must then be cleared through customs.
- The certified export certificate must be returned to the supplier.
- The supplier will then refund the VAT.
- As we also have to process advertising mail, there is a charge for this. This will be charged by the Parcel Shop.
- If you do not wish to receive promotional mail, we recommend that you notify the sender.
- In Bosnia and Herzegovina, there is a free trade limit of 600 KM per person per day.
- If the invoice amount is higher, customs and VAT are charged.
- In many cases, Croatian suppliers offer cheap or even free pallet delivery/forwarding within Croatia. You can see the price of betting one pallet on our website.
- With paketnagranici.ba you have a Croatian delivery address, which allows you to save significantly on transport costs.
- Delivered goods must be picked up at our store upon arrival.
- At paketnagranica.ba, we do not accept shipments with payment upon collection or with a fee.
- Shipments with UNPAID postage will not be accepted!
- We will store your shipments at the stated price (see price list) and without any additional costs.
- A storage fee is charged for the first 30 days (15 days), after which an additional fee of one euro per calendar day (€1/day) per shipment is charged.
- Uncollected or forgotten parcels become the property of the parcel office after a storage period of 90 days (which corresponds to 3 months) and we will take care of them.
- You pay when you pick up the package at the package shop.
- Payment is possible only in euros (EUR).

- Yes, with a power of attorney. You can get the form from us in store or create it online.
The authorized person must always present his personal document when collecting.
- As soon as the shipments are processed, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS informing you that your shipment is ready for collection.
- Please do not collect your shipment until you receive the email.
- Many suppliers will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your shipment, see also the relevant links on our home page.
- Incorrectly or incompletely addressed shipments are temporarily stored on the “Lost and Found” shelf.
- After registration, you received a user number.
- Your registration is valid forever or until revoked.
